What size and shape will my stone be?
We hand collect natural Aussie stone, meaning no two are the same size, shape or colour. Each will have its own characteristics. Most stones will have some speckling (white flecks), small surface cracks and are different shades of dark grey/black. We communicate with you throughout the design process and provide photos of the stone selected for you so there are no suprises and you are free to request changes if desired.
We categorise the stones into sizes based on the approximate image engraving area on the stone.
Included in our pricing is a photo engraving and some text depending on size. Extra Small stones include a name or a short quote up to 15 charactersie. Always Loved. Small & Medium stones include photo and up to 45 characters. Large & Extra Large stones include photo and up to 75 characters.
We can also do larger stones and headstones upon request, please email us for a quote.
Do you do Lay-Buy?
Sure! We want our stones to be affordable for everyone so we are happy to arrange a lay-buy for you. There is now a lay-buy option in our online store. Select the amount you wish to deposit and pay online. Nikki will then email you an invoice for the remainder of your stone and you can make repayments from the details provided. All Lay-buys require a $50 non refundable deposit and are payable over 12 weeks.
Can they be used indoors?
Yes. You can place your stone indoors or outdoors however it is important to note that due to the weight of the stones we advise they must be placed at ground level to avoid falling hazards! Please take extra care when placing your stone and take into account if you have small children or pets who may be able to knock it down.
Where are you located? Can I collect my stone to save on shipping?
Yes! We are conveniently located in the Perth Hills and have collection points in Gidgegannup and Midland. Other areas may also be available as I am happy to deliver if I happen to be going that way.
Yes! We can provide shipping anywhere in Australia. This is for standard shipping that takes 10-14 days outside WA for garden stones. For plaques and jewellery etc these can shipped in 1-5 days to most places in Australia.
Do you offer Refunds or Exchange if my Item is Faulty?
We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or don't like/want your purchase any more.We will only offer exchange or refund if your item is found to be faulty as required be consumer law. All products are checked for quality and photographed before being packed securely for shipping to minimize any risk of faults.
Faults could be a damaged item or if it is not what you ordered. If the fault is due to your own actions ie you ordered/requested the wrong item or your item is damaged after you receive it we are not liable for costs to repair or replace. Any faults must be notified to us immediately. All faulty items must be returned to us for inspection prior to a refund or exchange being granted.

I really want to get a stone, but I don't know which photo to use, or the photo I have is very old or in poor shape?
No problem! Send me what you have and I can recommend which photo will work best! I can edit and restore old photos, remove unwanted backgrounds or people etc, I love editing and you will be surprised how good a grainy old photo will still look on stone!
